Upon verified request, your account and related personal data will be permanently removed.
Luma is designed to support emotional awareness, mindfulness, and self-reflection. It is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service, nor does it replace professional care.

All app content, design, branding, and materials — including the Luma name, logo, graphics, and text — are owned by NextByte Studios or licensed to it.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app without written permission.

Luma is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextByte Studios shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the app.
